Sai dharam tej started his career in the cinematic world, a probable and most likely to be his choice due to the background of legendary actors coming from his lineage like chiranjeevi, pawan kalyan, allu arjun, ram charan . after comleting his graduation ,he was looking for a break in the telugu film industry. He got his first breakthrough in 2014 when he got the film PILLA NUWU LENI JEEVITHAM opposite regina cassandra . His skills, luck and storyline made him achieve an identity of himself after the film generated a handsome revenue and love from the audience. He was noted by:

We are all known about how good sai dharam tej is in terms of his acting skills. but sometimes these talented people have to meet a tragic point in their life. So did tej met , with an awful accident .

Sai Dharam Tej reportedly met with a serious accident while riding a sports bike at madhapur cable bridge in hyderabad. After the actual impact , the actor was found seriously injured and unconscious. He was immediately take to the hospital (Intensive care unit) and after due checkup and under treatment he was taken well care , and was out of danger in no time.

His family members and his relatives like chiranjeevi , allu aravind, pawan kalyan rushed to the hospital .they all were wary of the patient’s health and provided full support to the parents.

when inquired about the cause of the accident , the report noted by the local police was stated as,” the accident took place due to over speeding besides mud being present which contributed to the loss of bike’s control . At present he is out of critical care and treatment and started to work on his upcoming projects.
